This year the local Poppy Appeal (Haddenham & Aston Sandford) raised the splendid total of £7,592.
Many thanks to all collectors who braved the elements, participating in house-to-house collections and especially the team working at the railway station in the most unsociable hours!
Another generous response from local industry and businesses who continue to support us.
We also extend a special thanks to those helpers who delivered and collected poppy boxes around the village and most importantly, the Treasurer and her assistant for their efficient banking duties.
