Following our success at last year's awards and winning the new business of the year 2018, we were so excited to be nominated for the Excellence in Customer Service award. This award meant a lot to us because of the emphasis we put on our customer experience, so to be recognised for this was fantastic.
The process begins by applying for the category with a detailed application which includes examples of customer service, testimonials and strategies to maintain a high level of service. The applicants are then shortlisted and visited by the sponsor of the category — in this case, Mix 96. The sponsor then pitches to a judging panel who they believe should reach the final. The finalist are then visited by a 'mystery shopper' to assess.
Unfortunately we didn't bring the award back to Haddenham this year but we got some amazing feedback from the mystery shopper and are super motivated to further improve our member and guest experience with us.
Thank you to all those in Haddenham and surrounding areas that continue to support us.
