It's decision day for the Land West of Churchway (Application for approval of Reserved Matters) which will be considered by Central Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee at its meeting, at 2.30pm, Wednesday 3rd August.
Members of the public can observe proceedings here
A representative from The Rosemary Lane Action Group will present their case in respect of outstanding issues and HPC will also be represented.
In response to earlier objections, some previous concerns have already been dealt with, and these include:
- Overall design has largely been improved
- The green space between the southern boundary & the first homes has been extended & better landscaping added
- The pumping station has been recited away from the southern boundry & existing houses
- The footpath across to the A418/Cuddington will be kept open although diverted during construction
- Affordable housing is no longer clustered together but rather spread across the development
Some oustanding concerns still need to be addressed by Redrow and these are highlighted in yellow in the attached document.
