This website has received information from a reliable source to suggest that Sainsbury's are in the process of obtaining planning permission to convert Chiltern House (on the Thame Road — next-door to Browns) and offer a 'Sainsbury's Local'.
We believe that tenants of Chiltern House have just been given notice to quit by 31st August 2016 while Sainsbury's start to go through the planning procedure.
We will keep you abreast of any further news on this topic as soon as we obtain additional information
