With not long to go until Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity's Haddenham Santa Dash, dashers are beginning to prepare for the fun run that will take place around the streets of Haddenham on Sunday 3rd December at 11am. Starting from the Haddenham Village Hall.

Organised by Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, the Haddenham Santa Dash will see eager participants pull on their favourite Christmas jumpers, don their Santa hats and spread Christmas cheer across the village.

Festivities on the day will include a pre-dash warm-up led by Steve Gregory from FitLife and will end with free mince pies and celebratory sustainable medals given to all of the participants.

Angela Hart, Chair of Haddenham Community Support Group, which is supporting the event, commented:

"We know how valued and valuable the Florence Nightingale Hospice is, and we like to support in our small way by fundraising and raising the profile of the Hospice and its work in Haddenham and surrounding villages when we can. It is such fun for the whole family and the villagers to see festively dressed people dashing or walking. We're looking forward to our Santa Dash and we're very grateful to the volunteers and businesses in Haddenham for their support."

Dashers are asked to raise sponsorship money for the Charity, with every single penny raised going directly to the Florence Nightingale Hospice, helping to deliver the best hospice care for everyone in Buckinghamshire and its borders wherever and whenever they need it.

Advance tickets are only available until 2nd December so don't delay in booking your place. Entry fees are just £15 for adults and £10 for children and include a Santa hat, commemorative Santa Dash medal and a mince pie.
