This Friday evening sees the Annual Meeting of Haddenham Parish Council, taking place in the village hall, commencing at 7.00pm.
The first part of the evening will provide an opportunity for attendees to view displays by Dandara on the Aston Road development, the Townsend Community Orchard Volunteers, the Haddenham Safe Walking & Cycling Group and PCMS Design on the Airfield Sports Pavilion.
The main Parish Council-led meeting will commence at 7.45pm.
Vacancy
There is currently a vacancy on Haddenham Parish Council.

VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 87 (2) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that a casual vacancy has occurred in the office of Councillor for the Haddenham Parish.
If any TEN electors for the ward or parish give notice in writing to the Returning Officer by 21st May 2018 requesting that an election be held, the vacancy will be filled at a by-election.
The Returning Officer is Andrew Grant and his address, to which such notice should be sent is, Electoral Services, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8FF
If no such notice is received, the Parish Council will, at their meeting on 4th June 2018 fill the vacancy by co-option of a suitably qualified person.
