Dr Howcutt is doing an excellent job keeping us all up-to-date with the latest Covid Vaccination News. Here's his latest communication, dated Tuesday 19th January 2021:
As part of our ongoing efforts to get our patients vaccinated as soon as possible, we are working closely with practices across Buckinghamshire. You may therefore get an invitation to go to another vaccine hub to receive your vaccine. We are working collaboratively so that as many people are vaccinated quickly and that no vaccines are wasted.
Some of our over 80-yrs patients may be contacted in the next couple of days inviting you to book to have a vaccine at the Risborough Community Centre. If you are not offered an appointment there, please be assured we will still be contacting all of our over 80-yrs patients to book them into the Stoke Mandeville Stadium Vaccination Centre when appointments are available very soon.
Pharmacies will also be joining the vaccination programme soon and you may be invited to a pharmacy run centre soon as well (like the Aylesbury Odeon cinema).
We are all doing what we can to get the vaccine out to everyone.
Please accept the first opportunity for vaccination that you can so that we can reach people quickly.
