Winterfest takes place on Saturday 12th December 2015.
This world famous event runs for 5 hours, from midday to 5.00pm, and provides a wonderful pre-Christmas experience for many hundreds of visitors.
But to make everything run smoothly, a great deal of input is required and the Beer Festivals Trust is seeking volunteers, please.
In particular the organisers are looking for the following assistance:
Thurs 10 Dec afternoon | Laying the floor in the marquees | 4 Volunteers |
Fri 11 Dec afternoon | Decorating the Marquees | 10 volunteers |
Sat 12 Dec — scheduled slots | Serving Beer, wine & spirits | 40 volunteers |
Sun 13 Dec 8.00am to 1.00pm | Taking down & clearing up | 10 Volunteers |
The above outline may be subject to change as the detailed planning progresses, but the organisers are very keen to hear from volunteers as soon as possible, so the various tasks can be fully staffed.
Previous experience is not necessary — the tasks are mostly common sense, but experienced folk will be on hand to provide help and guidance.
