Beer Festival 06
HStM School Fete 2016

Haddenham has two significant community events coming up in the next few weeks and organisers are looking for some assistance, please.

Summerfest 2016

Our wonderful Summerfest Beer Festival is a massive event, both in terms of the logistics in setting up, running and clearing down, but also as the single most important fundraiser that exists in Haddenham.

The running total raised for local good causes to date is approximately £230,000. Last year alone Summerfest raised £40,000. You can hear about the range of organisations that have benefited directly by tuning in to Summerfest Radio on 87.9FM or by visiting the official website.

How about helping the Beer Festivals Trust achieve an even higher figure this year?

The organising committee is still in need of many more volunteers, to assist in the week before, on the day of Summerfest (Saturday 2nd July) and on the Sunday afterwards.

For more details, please see here.

St Mary's School Summer Fete:
Vintage & Classic Cars

Haddenham St Mary's CE School is holding a Summer Fete on Saturday 16th July, and organisers are inviting any owners of vintage and classic cars in the area to exhibit their wonderful vehicles on the day.

This will provide a very fitting backcloth for the event, which this year has a vintage theme.

If you can assist, please get in contact with Rachael Johns via the School Office
